Though walk in tastings are frequently available, we highly recommend booking a reservation. 

All reservations are considered “private events.” This means our distillery be open only to your guests at the time reserved. 
All reservations must be made with at least a 24-hour notice.

Cancellation Policy:

We are a small, craft distillery. As such reservation times are limited. All cancellations must be made with a 24 hour notice. 

When requesting a reservation, we will ask for a credit card to hold on file. Missed reservations will incur a fee of $25.
